These individuals are the ones who answer the phone when you call and welcome you when you arrive. They will be the first to give your pet a hug and a treat! Not only are they responsible for scheduling appointments and making sure your pet gets the food and products they need, this team manages the records, reminders and accounts. All members of our reception team can answer many of your questions when you call. Rosa joined St. Vital Veterinary Hospital as a receptionist in 2007 and she views everyone there like her second family. She is very handy and will often be found fixing the plumbing or repairing things around the clinic. She has three dogs, which she loves spending time with. She also loves spending time outside, especially during the summer months.
Danielle started at St. Vital Veterinary Hospital in 2011. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Biology & Biodiversity and will be applying to vet school after graduation. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her pug, Sophie.
Caroline has 21 years experience in veterinary hospitals. She graduated from Winnipeg Technical College with an Administration Certificate. Caroline has two Boston terriers — Rambo and Sophie — and a poodle named Tia. In her free time, she enjoyed volunteering and being outdoors
Karen began working at St. Vital Veterinary Hospital in 2005 and left in 2009 to pursue pet sitting. We are happy to have her back in 2017! Karen enjoys home decorating, bike riding, fishing and spending time with her husband and two cats: Zannu and Joey
Stacie is thrilled to be working at St Vital Veterinary Hospital, enjoying the seamless transition from 10 wonderful years of administrative support at Aesops Veterinary Care. Every chance she gets Stacie love to dance, play the ukulele, swim, gaze in awe at nature and hug her sweet kids.
